I am an innovator, thinker, IRONMAN, adventurer and passionate MS awareness campaigner. I am also very fortunate to be blessed with two little diamonds in Lilyanna and Conor Junior. I have come to realise that life is a gift, therefor I continue to work hard on myself through personal development every single day. Through my experiences I have learned to become more thankful for all that I have in my life, as opposed to focusing on the negative things that have happened to me.
Originally from Cookstown in Co. Tyrone Northern Ireland, I am one of four children to Brian and Pauline - two wonderful parents. Growing up I was always involved in football and as a fiercely competitive sportsman I excelled at most sports during school and university.
I captained my county at the British student games a number of times playing soccer and competed in a number of international tournaments all over the world including Canada, USA, China and Australia.
Sport and competition has been a major part of my life and I believe my fitness and healthy lifestyle helps me beat MS every single day.
My mum has always inspired me to reach for the stars since I was a young boy. I now believe it was through this very early encouragement that has given me the strength, belief, attitude and bullet proof mind set to believe that you can in fact achieve and reach your dreams and goals. I am a dreamer and believe that absolutely everything is possible.
