Follow your Passion

I woke up this morning in a different bed, always a sign i’m on some kind of break or short trip.

Portstewart was my destination this weekend, with incredible company, the sea, paddleboards, Spanish tapas, and some unplanned 90's music in a wonderful little place called “Harry's Shack” last night on the beach. 🌙

Portstewart- it really is a superb part of this island we all share ☘️

Anyway, before I made off to the sea before 9am on my board this morning, I was having a look through Instagram and came across Niall Harbison's page, which I often do.

I have to tell you, and i dont care if you love dogs or not…. if you really want to find a space on line, that will lift your spirits, and inspire and motivate you to try and do a little bit more and a little bit better in life, and for others, go and follow Niall, and have a look at the impact he is making in Thailand.

It genuinely is incredibly heart warming and truly inspiring.

If you are a follower of my podcast, you’ll have heard me and Niall's conversation earlier this year, one I thoroughly enjoyed, and has proved very popular with my listeners.

The thing about Niall, his time in Thailand, his mission and his new purpose in life, is that every day now, he keeps turning up, feeding dogs, helping dogs, sterislising dogs… One day after the other. It’s truly marvelous to watch ✔️

It got me thinking again this morning, about something I often contemplate….

It really is so powerful once you actually figure out what it is you want to do with your life. What you really care about, passionate about 🤔

Ask yourself a question…. Do you really love what you are doing with your life right now?

Do you enjoy what you do, and who you spend your time with?

Are you inspired everyday to get out of bed and be the best version of yourself?

Simple questions like….. do you look forward to Monday’s?

Whenever I see Niall on the moped, with a load of dogfood on the back, scooting up dirttracks, in the middle of Asia, often on his own, to be greeted by huge numbers of stray dogs, who literally appear from nowhere to greet him, as if he's some kind of local dog superstar (which he is) it’s pretty obvious, that Niall has found his purpose in life.

The key for Niall seems to be, he takes it day at a time.

He keeps turning up.

One day after the other ✔️✔️✔️

Passion, Humility, Perseverance and Discipline, will take you to wherever you want to go in life.

So as you ponder the week ahead, maybe you will think about what it is you are really passionate about, and how you really want to spend your time.

As you do that, go check out Nialls socials, they will make you feel good ✊️

Have a great week 💥
